Resgrid Responder is a cross-platform application designed for individual first responder personnel. It enables emergency responders to manage their status, view dispatch calls, communicate with team members, track their location in real-time, use push-to-talk voice channels, and coordinate through shifts and calendars — all from a single mobile interface.
📄️ Unit
Resgrid Unit is a cross-platform application designed for vehicle and apparatus-level operations. Where the Responder app is designed for individual personnel, the Unit app is designed to represent a shared device mounted in or associated with a unit (engine, ambulance, patrol car, etc.), providing crews with live dispatch data, voice channels, GPS tracking, and status reporting with minimal interaction required.
📄️ Dispatch
Resgrid Dispatch is a cross-platform application designed for dispatchers and coordinators operating from a dispatch center, station, or remote location. It provides a comprehensive multi-panel dispatch console with real-time resource management, live mapping, activity logging, push-to-talk voice, and integrated call management — all optimized for tablet and desktop use with responsive multi-column layouts.
📄️ Big Board
Resgrid Big Board is a cross-platform application designed for station displays, command centers, and situational awareness dashboards. It features a fully customizable widget-based dashboard where users can add, remove, resize, and rearrange information panels to create the perfect overview for their operational needs. The app is primarily optimized for large screens — wall-mounted displays, desktop monitors, and tablets.
📄️ Relay
Resgrid Relay allows you to listen to an audio feed, i.e. from a scanner, and monitor for tones and record the audio and dispatch personnel via Resgrid.
